Western Union Payment Services For Child Support
The Office of Recovery Services (ORS) now accepts payments using Western Union 's payment services. Child support payments can be made at Western Union agent locations both domestically and internationally, online at www.westernunion.com , or over the phone by calling (800) CALL-CASH. Western Union will charge a fee for these services. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact Western Union .

In most cases, ORS is notified the next business day after a payment was made. To verify that ORS received your payment, you may call the Employer/Agency Customer Service Unit at (801) 536-8333.

In Person at a Western Union Agent Location.

Call (800) 325-6000, then press 2.
Visit www.westernunion.com

Cash
|
1. Go to a Western Union Agent Location.
2. Complete the blue Quick Collect form (for payments made in the U.S. or Canada ) or the blue Quick Pay form (for payments made from over 130 countries outside the U.S. and Canada ).
Note: International payments made using Quick Pay can be made using the local currency. Western Union will convert the payment into U.S. dollars to sent to ORS.
3. Give the Western Union agent the amount to be sent to ORS plus the amount of the fee.
4. Receive a payment receipt with the 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

2. Under "Send Now" (top right-hand corner), scroll down and select the Quick Collect option.
3. Complete the creditor information.
4. Complete the personal information and registration (skip if previously registered).
5. Receive a payment receipt with the 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN).

Note: You must call from a verifiable phone number (home, office, or cell) to use this option.
Not available for customers calling from: CT, FL, KS, ME, MA, MN, NY, OK .

1. Call (800) CALL-CASH, then press 1.
2. Enter the information requested via the voice response unit and Western Union operator.
3. Receive a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) as proof of payment.
4. A Western Union operator will call you back within one hour to confirm payment.
Note: The payment will not be sent to ORS until it has been confirmed.

Third ， after you finished the two steps above, you should fill in the information about yourself again and then check it whether it is the same or not . Finally , you should click “submit and continue order” to make sure that you have finished the payment .
